Family Law Paralegal (Phillipine Attorney)

Looking for attorney licensed in Phillipines to be remote paralegal for US-based law firm which focuses on family law (divorces, child custody, restraining orders, etc.).
Job duties: Drafting documents/forms, legal research, interacting with clients, managing case files, filing cases, etc.
Requirements: Must be willing to work 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (California). We don't use screen monitoring software or micromanage, but we do expect you to be available during the workday (this is not negotiable, so having multiple jobs is not going to work). Must also pay attention to detail and learn from mistakes (they happen, but shouldn't be making same mistake over and over again). Must be licensed as attorney in the Phillipines. Boss is pretty laid back and appreciative.
Benefits: We pay weekly, give most major US holidays off paid, and pay 13th month pay (half in June, half in December). We typically offer most of our employees long-term (annual) contracts after they have worked with us for a while.
