JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to help us elevate our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing eye-catching thumbnails and revitalizing the overall channel page to improve engagement and attract new subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

Thumbnail Design: Create multiple YouTube thumbnails based on provided content and design guidelines. You will be responsible for producing a variety of thumbnail styles to A/B test and determine what resonates most with our audience.
A/B Testing: Work with the team to run A/B tests on thumbnails, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting designs as needed to maximize click-through rates.
Channel Revamp: Revitalize the YouTube channel page, including:
Designing a new channel banner and profile picture that align with our brand identity.
Creating cohesive playlist covers and ensuring the channel layout is visually appealing and user-friendly.-Optimizing the overall channel aesthetic for a professional and engaging look.


Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your YouTube thumbnails or other digital content.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
A keen eye for design and an understanding of YouTube’s best practices for visuals and engagement.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing content for digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with YouTube channels or digital content creators.
Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail performance metrics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on creative direction.
