KSHK is a group company providing professional services related to Hong Kong companies, such as auditing, accounting, and taxation under Hong Kong law. We seek an ambitious and career-orientated individual who sees the unique opportunity to grow with the company.
Tasks include:
- Bookkeeping works via Google sheet /Xero/ Quickbooks for different clients' accounts
- Daily office administration works, like filing, data entries
- Attend to any support issues
- Assist the audit team in preparing audit work and audit reports
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience are welcome
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks & Xero
- Strong writing and speaking of English (communication level)
- Strong can-do positive attitude
- Fast learner
- Working in stable office hours (9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Fri)
- Strong knowledge of Google applications, e.g. Drive, Google sheet, Google docs
- Effective communication, written and verbal, in English
- Team oriented
- ChatGPT user
- Attention to detail
Working condition
- 100% online and remote, no traffic
- Mon - Fri, 9:00 to 6:00pm (HKT), with a 1-hour break.
- You are not alone, working with the stable and friendly Filipino team
- Follow Hong Kong public holidays
- Performance bonus on an annual basis
