We are a growing organization focused on building online member communities in partnership with content creators. Our mission is to help content creators foster meaningful engagement and provide value to their audiences through dedicated member-based communities.

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Creator Researcher to help us identify and connect with creators on social media who are ideal candidates for starting new member communities. This role involves social media research, creator outreach preparation, and data organization. If you’re passionate about social media, skilled in research, and love discovering creative talent, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:
Social Media Research: Use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X to identify creators who align with our goals. Focus on creators with engaged audiences, clear niches, and potential for community growth.

Creator Identification: Assess creators based on audience engagement, content quality, and fit for a potential member-based community. Compile a list of creators with relevant metrics (e.g., follower count, engagement rate).

Data Entry & Organization: Maintain a detailed database of potential creators, including their contact information, social media handles, and niche. Include notes on why each creator is a good candidate for outreach.

Outreach Preparation: Draft personalized outreach messages to introduce our organization and highlight how we can help them build and monetize communities.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on emerging trends, platforms, and creators to ensure we’re targeting the right opportunities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in virtual assistance, social media research, or influencer marketing is preferred.
Strong research skills with an ability to find and evaluate creators across multiple platforms.
Proficient in the Google Suite
Excellent written communication skills for outreach preparation.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their creator ecosystems.
Understanding of audience engagement metrics (e.g., likes, comments, shares).

Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
