JOB OVERVIEW

We are a full-service property inspection company in the real estate industry seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by setting appointments, delivering engaging office presentations, and building relationships with real estate agents through cold calling.
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of real estate sales processes, and experience using Zoho CRM. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with professionals in the real estate field.
Key responsibilities include managing leads, scheduling appointments, generating new leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.
A dependable internet connection is required for this full-time role, which involves working 4-hour shifts from Monday to Friday(PT/UTC-7:00).

Key Responsibilities:
> Lead Generation and Management:
Make outbound calls to prospect leads, including expired listings, FSBOs, and warm leads from marketing campaigns.
Qualify inbound leads and manage them through the sales funnel.
Follow up consistently to nurture and convert leads into appointments
Conduct online research to identify potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, industry directories, and other databases.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
> CRM Management:
Maintain and organize lead data in Zoho CRM.
Set up and monitor follow-up tasks, drip campaigns, and workflows to streamline lead nurturing.
Analyze CRM data and generate reports to provide insights on lead conversion rates and performance.
> Client Interaction:
Schedule and coordinate appointments for agents with potential buyers and sellers.
Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or SMS.
Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
> Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the sales team to strategize and align on goals.
Share feedback and insights to improve lead management and marketing strategies.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience in a real estate inside sales, telemarketing, or similar role.
Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM, including creating workflows, automation, managing drip campaigns, and generating reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Researching and identifying leads through online platforms and directories.
Preferred:
Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of real estate sales processes.
Additional CRM or sales platform experience.
Ability to handle high-volume call loads while maintaining a positive attitude.
