Job Overview:
All You Need Services, a leading construction company based in the United States, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both imperial and metric measurement systems, demonstrating strong skills in project planning, cost estimation, and on-site management. This role is pivotal to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocating resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality assurance.
Estimation
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects using both imperial and metric systems.
Analyze project requirements, review drawings/specifications, and determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Present cost estimates to clients and negotiate contracts effectively.
Communication and Reporting
Maintain open communication with clients, tea
Provide regular progress updates and comprehensive reports to senior management.
Manage change orders and adjust project budgets/schedules accordingly.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the construction industry.
Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency in using both imperial and metric measurement systems.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar).
Advanced skills in cost estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
LEED Accreditation.
OSHA Certification.
