Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Lead Scraper & Data Specialist who is smart, proactive, and innovative. This isn’t just about following instructions—it’s about taking initiative, bringing creative solutions, and continuously improving our lead-generation processes. If you enjoy finding patterns, uncovering opportunities, and refining data strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and locate target clients (HOA management companies, property managers, condo associations, etc.) using strategic guidelines and creative online research.
- Leverage directories, websites, and other online resources to discover high-quality leads.
- Maintain an organized and accurate lead database, ensuring no duplicates and consistent data integrity.
- Suggest and implement new tools or strategies to enhance lead generation.
- Analyze lead quality and performance metrics, refining efforts to improve results.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in web scraping, data management, or lead generation.
- Ability to adapt and creatively interpret instructions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with ideas for process improvement.
- Familiarity with tools like spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):
- Experience managing or enhancing lead-generation workflows.
- Understanding of the property management or cleaning services industries.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and lead performance analysis.
