Looking for a capable, intelligent and creative Customer Service Representative who does not use AI to respond. (Permanent position)

Main duty:
Interactions with customers within our e-commerce brand, dealing mainly with inquiries in English but also in Italian and German.

Experience in navigating Gorgias or other CRM
Ability to manage and reduce chargebacks
Effective writing (non-use of AI)

Empathy and understanding of the clients
