Our company operates in the tourism sector across Peru, India, Spain, and other countries. Initially, you will focus on **Peru and India**, handling customer reservations and providing excellent support.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage ticket reservations and assist customers with their bookings.
- Communicate with customers via
- Create and post engaging, tourism-related articles.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service (experience in the tourism industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **High proficiency in English** (required).
- **Comfortable and efficient with computers**, including basic office functions and applications like Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with Ticket system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Tawk or others
- Availability to work the following schedule (Peru Time):
- **Monday to Wednesday:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- **Saturday and Sunday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
