About the Role
Position: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Must overlap with Pacific Time Zone (PST) for collaboration

What You’ll Do:
Cold Outreach: Strategically identify and connect with high-quality prospects on LinkedIn.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement automation workflows to engage and follow up with prospects.
AI-Driven Campaigns: Leverage tools like Sales Navigator, Expandi, and other LinkedIn automation platforms to scale outreach.
Content Personalization: Create tailored messaging sequences that resonate with different audiences.
Relationship Building: Foster genuine connections while guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
Analytics & Optimization: Track outreach performance, analyze results, and refine strategies for maximum conversions.
Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in LinkedIn outreach at scale, with references, case studies, or portfolio to back it up.
Automation Expertise: Skilled in using LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dux-Soup, PhantomBuster, Zopto) to create seamless follow-ups and workflows.
Strategic Thinker: Understands prospect segmentation, targeting, and personalization for high conversion rates.
Data-Driven: Tracks and analyzes outreach metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with integrating LinkedIn workflows into CRMs and other sales tools.
Creative & Persuasive: Writes compelling outreach messages and follow-ups that capture attention.
Focus: Dedicated to LinkedIn outreach and prospecting as their primary area of expertise.
