We specialize in providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to ensure our clients’ properties are spotless, safe, and well-maintained. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager |Marketer |VA to manage, market and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is not just about posting content, it's about marketing all social medias, driving leads, engaging with the audience, and converting them into sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online identity, increasing brand visibility, and directly contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

*Social Media Manager |Marketer Duties:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Create, curate, and post engaging content, including graphics, reels/videos, and written posts, aligned with the brand’s voice, goals, and target audience to all our social medias.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive online community.
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to drive leads through social media channels and convert them into sales opportunities. Monitor lead conversion and ensure social media efforts contribute to revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and insights (engagement, reach, leads, sales). Adjust strategies to optimize campaigns and content for better results.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, create, and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular, timely posts across platforms while aligning with business initiatives.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with the team to align social media activities with overall business and marketing goals.
- Trend Analysis & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure content is fresh and effective.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Run paid and organic campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure ROI on all social media marketing efforts.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on social media performance, engagement rates, lead generation efforts, and ROI, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

*Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Provide general administrative tasks support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the employer or executive team.
- Assist in task delegation and arranging timelines based on priorities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
- Ability to create content that not only engages but also drives business results (leads, sales).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
- Experience in digital marketing or working with a marketing agency is a plus.
