About the client:
This is our internal position.

propVA is a UK-based agency, helping UK businesses from real estate industry find trusted VAs in the Philippines.

About the job:
This is a full-time position, 8 hours a day, 9:00-17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. This includes 30 min paid break.

Initial rate offered: $5.00 p/h

Job specification:

You will be much more than just a marketing person.

You will be working alongside the owner of the agency on a daily basis.

You will help with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, customer facing roles, lead generation, content creation and much more.

All necessary training will be provided if necessary.

Required experience - essential:
- Good marketing knowledge, including various techniques and funnel creation
- min 3 years experience in social media content creation, incl short form videos
- good writing skills
- customer service skills
- project management


Additional experience, not necessary but will be a plus:
???????- Working with UK businesses from property industry
- knowledge of sales techniques
- UK property deal sourcing
- property deal analysis
- good knowledge of UK property market
- copywriting skills
