What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro: Your editing must match or exceed the quality in the examples above.
• Reliable Equipment: A fast computer and stable internet are essential to handle 4K footage downloads and exports.
• Dedication: This is a long-term role. You must commit full-time to our agency—no working with other clients or companies.
• Work Ethic: Editing 7–8 long-form videos per week should be achievable with AI tools and a focus on efficiency.

Important Notes for Applicants:
1. Submit Only Your Own Work: Don’t send us an edit you didn’t create. We’ll test your skills during the application project, and if you can’t replicate the quality you submitted, it will be obvious. We have the best editors in the Philippines and can spot a fake editor a mile away.
2. Commitment Is Key: If hired, quitting for personal reasons (e.g., school, family issues) will result in no pay. You must focus entirely on our agency—we need reliability, not distractions.
3. Punctuality and Communication Are Critical: If you can’t show up on time or communicate effectively, this isn’t the role for you.
