Etsy Rockstar / Etsy Superstar Only Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our Etsy shop and ensure its success. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of all aspects of our store, from listing optimization and performance tracking to SEO and ad spend management. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Print-On-Demand (POD) tools to create engaging and trendy designs. This position is for someone who has managed entirety of the store and must be a proven expert in all things Etsy.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Etsy shop listings, including titles, descriptions, tags, and photos to improve performance and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze shop performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Perform SEO optimization to increase organic traffic.
- Plan and manage Etsy ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of market trends.
- Use POD tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar) to design and create unique, high-quality products.
- Regularly update the shop with new designs and products.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and managing orders.
- Collaborate on strategies to increase shop sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing Etsy shops or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with POD design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Each week, hours can vary up to 50 hours each week.
- Availability to work US hours: 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Etsy Ads and budget management.
- Familiarity with trending niches and design styles for POD products.
Background in e-commerce or online marketing.
