TALENTED VIDEO EDITOR

We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality editing skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. If you have a creative eye, a passion for storytelling, and experience in real estate video editing, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Edit engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Work on property listings, promotional content, and brand-building materials.
- Ensure all videos align with our brand identity and meet quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Optimize videos for specific audiences and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional work.
- Experience in real estate video editing is a plus but not required.
- Experience with motion graphics and animations is a bonus.
