We are a thriving e-commerce coaching community currently looking for a Head of Client Success to join our team!

Our platform is hosted on Skool and offers coaching, resources, and support for aspiring and intermediate dropshippers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Community Manager / Head of Client Success to take ownership of client engagement, improve accountability, and create an amazing experience for our members.

We are in an aggressive growth phase. Currently, the business generates about $11,500 a month. Our Q1 2025 target is $25,000/mo. This means salary + role has lots of room to increase as we ramp up within the next 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

Respond to community posts, questions, and discussions on Skool promptly and professionally.
Answer DMs to provide support, address inquiries, and solve problems.
Regularly check in with community members to monitor progress and provide guidance.

Client Success & Retention:
Reach out to members who dUpgrade to see actual info to cancel their subscription to gather feedback and explore ways to retain them by offering support and resources.
Create a system to track member progress and engagement, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall member experience.

Operational Support:
Approve online stores for launch, ensuring quality and readiness (and work towards automating this process).
Develop and maintain an efficient tracker for store approvals, making the process seamless for members.
Streamline systems for managing member communications, including integrating store URLs in the dashboard for easy access.
Growth Initiatives:

Collaborate with leadership to strategize new ways to increase member satisfaction and retention.
Suggest and implement ideas to drive engagement and community involvement.
