In this role, you will take charge of setting up, managing, and optimizing our financial processes within QuickBooks, which we have recently integrated into our operations in 2025. Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and oversee the company’s QuickBooks account from the ground up.
* Accurately input, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions.
* Generate and evaluate financial reports to support strategic decisions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with the team to provide valuable financial insights and recommendations.
* Optionally, offer guidance and training to tea
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
* Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial management practices.
* Exceptional attention to detail and precision in managing financial data.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the real estate sector is a significant advantage.
* Ability to train and mentor tea
