The role:
As a E-commerce & Shopify Expert, you’ll play a crucial role in helping eCommerce brands unlock their full potential. You’ll be the face of Upnova for our clients, guiding them to success with tailored upsell strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support & Onboarding: Help merchants set up and optimize our Upnova platform on Shopify, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Crafting Upsell Deals: Analyze store data to identify the best upsell opportunities and create effective strategies tailored to each client.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Build relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and drive conversions through consultative selling.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to evaluate client store performance, identify trends, and optimize upsell campaigns for maximum impact.
- Upsell Strategy Advisor: Provide clients with actionable insights to improve their store’s performance and grow their revenue.

Requirements:

- Ecommerce & Shopify Expertise: 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem.
- Customer Success: A track record of providing excellent customer support and building long-term client relationships.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analyzing data and leveraging tools like ChatGPT to craft impactful upselling strategies.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales or business development, with the ability to communicate value effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations, with a proactive mindset to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communication skills to engage clients and provide top-notch support.
