Key Responsibilities

Product and Supplier Research

Identify and source promotional products and apparel that meet client needs.
Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with suppliers.
Evaluate product quality and supplier reliability.

Production Management

Oversee the full production process, including opening projects, creating presentations, and completing sales and purchase orders.
Review proofs, track shipments, prepare invoices, and resolve vendor issues through phone and email communication.
Maintain consistency by sending canned email updates to clients at pre-determined stages of the production process.

Database Management

Maintain an up-to-date database of products and suppliers, detailing pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities.

Account Management

Take full ownership of all client relationships, ensuring that all accounts are given personal attention and that phone calls, meetings, and emails are professional and personable.
Address any client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring each client feels like our biggest priority.
Coordinate client orders from the ideation phase all the way to delivery, ensuring that every step in the process is completed fully.


Email Management

Monitor production inboxes and respond to all emails in accordance with communication protocols.
Provide regular updates in email threads and task systems.

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the promotional products industry.
Proficiency with commonsku or similar project management tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical proficiency and adaptability to new software.
Experience with building and maintaining client relationships
