JOB OVERVIEW

Based in the UK, we are a fast-growing multi-product Amazon seller currently selling in the US, UK and EU. We are in search of a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive Assistant to help manage our orders in our ERP system (SAP by Design) and complete important documentation and accuracy checks.

This will include:

• Updating our ERP system with accurate product costs, quantities, ex-factory dates, new barcode information, product dimensions and weights;
• Download reports and reconcile to Purchase Order data to confirm accuracy;
• Update the status of Purchase Orders in the ERP as they move from placement to shipping to receipt;
• Help create product test certification;
• Manage product measurement applications on Amazon Seller Central;
• Support Supply Chain Manager with product compliance tasks.


The ideal candidate would have experience of working of supply chain / logistics and an ERP system, however this is not essential as we will teach you everything you need to know. The main things we need are good English (written & verbal), attention to detail and accuracy, competency on Excel and a positive, hard working attitude.

This role would be especially suitable to someone who wants to and enjoys learning. The role can progress to other larger roles within our company.

Further details:
- Full time role (37.5-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
- Working hours 4:00pm - 00:30am (hours can be flexible for the right candidate, but must overlap with UK working hours).
- Salary (30-35k p/m).
- Long term position.
- English speaking.
- Must have personal computer access with good Wi-Fi connection and enough hardware capabilities.

Soft skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Reliable
- Organised
- Quick learner
- Communication – prompt reply to messages during working hours

Hard skills:
- Google Suite and Microsoft Office competent - especially Excel
- Experience using an ERP system would be great, but not essential, as training will be given.
- Experience with working on Amazon. Seller central experience preferred but not essential.
