About the Thumbnail Designer role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer with strong marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating eye-catching and high-performing thumbnails that drive engagement and click-through rates while also contributing to our marketing strategies to maximize channel growth. The following qualifications are stated below:

- Design an engaging and catchy video thumbnail that greatly raises the video's click-through rate (CTR), which in turn boosts the quantity of views
- Design should be eye-catching and complement with the video title
- Design should reflect the branding of the channel. If using texts, it can have 3-5 words maximum
- Design communicates a BIG idea or promise of what viewer will get if they click
- Knowledgeable about using thumbnails to increase CTR and capable of developing their design and concept based solely on the video's subject
- Conduct research on current trends, competitors, and audience preferences to develop innovative thumbnail ideas
- Implement marketing strategies to increase channel visibility, subscriber growth, and audience engagement
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes, best practices, and marketing trends

The requirement is to produce 3-4 quality thumbnails for specific video in one 5-8 hour shift or less. You have the flexibility to choose any shift, 5 days a week. This is paid on an hourly basis with an introductory rate of $1.75 to $2.50 per hour depending on your skill level. We also have bonuses and team incentives as well. Our payout is weekly every Saturday.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Graphic Designer experience
- Minimum 3 years of YouTube Thumbnail editing experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective YouTube thumbnails
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and how thumbnail performance impacts video success
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and audience engagement strategies
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
