We are a cleaning company operating in Florida, United States. We are a Google Guaranteed business, fully licensed, bonded and insured. We take pride in excellent customer communication, responsiveness, promises kept, working with professionalism and delighting our customers!

We run advertisements on Google & other services to drive new customer calls and messages. Because these leads are expensive, one of the most important job duties is turning them into bookings. We accomplish this by never missing calls, being very responsive to customer needs, having an average 5 star Google review rating, and providing excellent service!

Therefore, the primary job duties require excellent, native level fluent communication in verbal and written english. If you are not quite there yet, it’s no problem! This probably isn’t the right opportunity and it’s better to pursue other options.

Also very important are turning first time customers into repeat customers (on a recurring schedule) as we don’t pay for the lead cost with future cleanings, increasing profits.

Job Duties & requirements:
- U.S. EST Time Zone (between 8 AM EST and 8 PM EST)
- Two 12-hour shifts weekly
- Three 6-hour shifts weekly
- From time to time, training or administrative work will need to be completed outside of standard working hours - we are looking for people who do what it takes to get the job done!
- Strong Internet connection (so that VoIP works well & communication is clear)
- Quiet, private home work area so that customers don’t hear background noise and you are focused
- Inbound Sales (responding to phone and message leads)
- Job quoting & scheduling
- Cleaner management - you will need to be very proactive with the cleaners ensuring they show up on time, follow our processes, get the job done right and on time, and delight the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure they do the job right

- Hiring & Onboarding - we run job ads and you will need to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard hired cleaners
- Computer & software skills - everything is run remotely

- Detail Oriented - mistakes cost us money, customers, and re-work
- Business acumen - the environment is fast paced. We provide extensive training and SOP documentation, but it’s impossible to anticipate every situation that arises. Candidates should possess strong business acumen to always handle situations with the goals of driving the business forward in mind
