Email Designer & HubSpot Specialist for Tiny Home Brand

My Tiny Home Hub is looking for a talented Email Designer experienced in HubSpot to design our automated transactional emails and brand marketing emails (newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement emails). We currently have emails in Klaviyo that will need to be replicated and improved in HubSpot.

Note: Designs should be fluid, not cookie cutter or too templated.

You will be responsible for:
• Designing high-quality, fluid, and thoughtfully designed email templates.
• Implementing email designs directly into HubSpot.
• Setting up email flows for automated transactional emails.
• Designing brand newsletters and promotional emails with a strong UX/UI approach.
• Ensuring all emails are mobile-friendly and optimized for high conversions.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance email engagement and deliverability.

• Copywriting & Content: Subject lines, preview text, and body copy will be provided.
• Brand Guidelines: You will have access to our brand colors, fonts, and style guidelines.
• HubSpot Access: You will work directly in our HubSpot platform to implement email designs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in email design (portfolio required).
• HubSpot expertise (ability to create and manage email flows).
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email customization (preferred but not required).
• Strong design skills with an eye for aesthetics, layout, and branding.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs on time.
