Part Time Virtual Assistant/ Designer

Job Description:

MIP is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our Etsy business. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Etsy Management:
Convert listings, add new listings, update the shop.
Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly.
Social Media Management:
Post content on TikTok and Pinterest.
Engage with followers and manage interactions.
Research:
Research trends in products and content.
Order Management:
Prepare templates and update the order dashboard.
Basic Graphic Design:
Create simple graphics for listings and social media.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with Etsy or similar e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in social media management.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with digital content creation.
Experience with customer service.
Knowledge of current market trends in digital and physical products.
