Position Overview
We are seeking an
Only applicants with strong experience in Klaviyo (3+ years) will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end
Design and execute segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and demographics.
Craft compelling
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned
Stay up-to-date with
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in
Technical Skills: Must have proficiency in Klaviyo. Experience with Figma is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Creative Skills: Exceptional ability to write engaging
Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
