We are seeking someone who:

Has experience working with Shopify and order fulfillment processes.
Is proficient with shipment tracking tools such as Parcel Panel or AfterShip.
Understands inventory management and supplier platforms like AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, or private suppliers.
Is skilled in using Google Sheets for tracking shipments, inventory, and KPIs.
Has familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Slack, Monday.com, or Discord.
Can identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to streamline the supply chain.
Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As our Supply Chain Manager, your duties will include:

Overseeing the Supply Chain:

Managing the entire supply chain process from order placement to final delivery.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
Tracking and Reporting:

Using tools like Parcel Panel and AfterShip to track shipments and update order statuses.
Updating Google Sheets with fulfillment KPIs and progress reports.
Inventory and Logistics Management:

Monitoring inventory levels to ensure products remain in stock.
Working closely with the customer care team to resolve post-sale support issues.
Process Optimization:

Identifying fulfillment issues and proactively resolving them.
Coordinating with team members to streamline operations and minimize delays.

To excel in this role, you must have:

Experience in Shopify order fulfillment and supply chain management (Required).
Proficiency with shipment tracking tools like Parcel Panel or AfterShip (Required).
Familiarity with supplier platforms (e.g., AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping) (Required).
Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking data and KPIs (Required).
Experience with automation tools like Zapier (Preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
