Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Agent to join our wholesale real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be cold calling motivated seller prospects to identify and qualify leads, which will then be closed by management. This role is crucial to our business, as you will be the first point of contact in our acquisitions process.
Each day starts with a morning alignment call at 9:00 AM via Google Meet to ensure focus, accountability, and success. We provide the necessary tools—including a dialer—to help you maximize efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend daily team alignment calls at 9:00 AM EST via Google Meet.
• Make outbound cold calls to motivated seller prospects using a provided script.
• Qualify leads by gathering key property and seller information.
• Accurately log and update lead details in HubSpot, including conversation notes.
• Utilize company-provided tools, including dialers, for maximum efficiency.
• Meet daily call and lead qualification targets.
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• Experience in cold calling, sales, or acquisitions (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred).
• Familiarity with Batch Leads and Batch Dialer (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and stay organized.
• Fluent in English with clear and professional communication.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
