Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing? Do you excel in generating leads and converting them into loyal clients? Stay Vigilant is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our credit repair business.

Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Representative plays a critical role in promoting our credit repair services, attracting new clients, and supporting the sales process. We are looking for someone who can achieve high sales and implement advanced marketing strategies to drive leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

Identify Potential Clients: Actively search for and generate leads through various channels (e.g., social media, referrals, networking, or online ads).

Cold Calling/Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, explain the credit repair services, and encourage them to sign up.

Capture & Organize Leads: Use GoHighLevel to capture leads from multiple sources (e.g., landing pages, forms, ads, website) and organize them into the CRM.

Segment Leads: Organize leads into specific lists or pipelines based on their interest, needs, or stage in the sales process.

Client Education & Consultation

Initial Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their credit issues and explain how the business can help.

Service Explanation: Clearly communicate the benefits and processes of credit repair, answering any questions clients might have.

Sales Conversion

Close Deals: Convert leads into paying clients by addressing objections and guiding them through the process of signing up for services.

Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to close sales and ensure they understand the value of the services offered.

Sales Pipeline Management: Use GoHighLevel to track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress smoothly from one stage to the next (e.g., from initial contact to consultation to closing the sale).

Conversion Tracking: Track client interactions and conversion rates, helping to identify which efforts are most effective at moving leads through the pipeline.

Appointment Scheduling: Automate the scheduling of appointments or consultations through integrated calendar features, reducing friction for both leads and the sales team.

Marketing Support

Promote Offers: Assist in promoting sales campaigns, special offers, or promotions to generate interest and drive new business.

Content Sharing: Share marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates) to keep clients informed and engaged.

Create Landing Pages: Design and launch landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel to capture and convert leads, using custom forms to gather the necessary information.

Track Campaign Effectiveness: Use the platform’s analytics and reporting features to monitor the performance of email, SMS, or social media campaigns, tweaking strategies as needed to improve results.

Relationship Building

Client Retention: Foster relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and potential referrals.

Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, addressing concerns and maintaining positive client interactions.

Reporting & Feedback

Track Sales Metrics: Monitor performance, track sales targets, and report on lead generation and sales activities.

Provide Feedback: Share insights with the sales and marketing team on what messaging, offers, or strategies are resonating with clients.

Campaign ROI: Evaluate the return on investment for marketing campaigns run through GoHighLevel to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Collaboration

Work with Sales & Marketing Team: Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to align messaging, share insights, and optimize campaigns.

Automation of Sales Process

Automated Follow-Ups: Set up automated email or SMS follow-up sequences to nurture leads, ensuring no potential client is overlooked.

Task Reminders: Use task automation to remind them of follow-up actions, such as calling a lead or scheduling a consultation.

Lead Scoring: Use GoHighLevel’s lead scoring features to prioritize leads based on their engagement, ensuring focus on the most promising prospects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the credit repair industry.

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak English clearly.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel.

Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
