Urgent Full-time Outbound Call Representative Cebu Based

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Outbound Call Representative preferably from Cebu, Philippines, to join our team at Summer VA. As an Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.

Your duties will include:

- Doing outbound calls using provided scripts and leads
- Introducing our services to potential customers and highlighting their benefits
- Recording detailed information about each call and lead in the CRM system
- Following up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline

Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits remarkable composure and possesses exceptional patience when negotiating with elderly individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exhibits excellent English skills, without a strong accent.
