Conversion Rate Optimization Expert Needed For Growing, Dynamic, Remote Team!

We're seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization specialist to join our growing team. You will be working in house on our own brands as we work to scale.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind transforming user behavior data into actionable insights that significantly impact our bottom line.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end A/B testing programs across our websites, from hypothesis formation to implementation and analysis

- Conduct comprehensive user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and session recording software

- Collaborate with UX designers and developers to implement and test optimization strategies

- Develop data-driven recommendations for landing pages, checkout flows, and key conversion funnels

- Present testing results to the marketing manager

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1+ years of hands-on CRO experience with demonstrable wins
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing tools for Shopify
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and tag management systems
- Understanding of user psychology and conversion optimization principles
- Experience with heat mapping and user behavior analysis tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
