JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant based in the Philippines to handle emails from recruiters and clients on behalf of a very successful UK-based software engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Actively monitor emails and LinkedIn messages from recruiters, ensuring prompt responses using predefined templates.
2) For each job opportunity, craft a tailored CV based on provided job specifications (average of 15 CVs/day), store them in the specified Google Drive folders, and email them to recruiters.
3) Schedule interviews for the UK-based software engineer and provide feedback to recruiters.
4) Communicate with clients on Microsoft Teams and Slack in scheduled batches (10 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, and 5 PM UK time).
5) Collaborate with another VA on email and LinkedIn tasks via Google Chat Spaces.


Requirements:

Outstanding written English and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Someone from a customer service background would be beneficial but not required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word.
Comfortable working with cloud-based tools like Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Teams Chat, and Slack.
Stable and reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Additional Information:
Full-Time Contract:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK time), 8 hours per day.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week).
Salary: $5 per hour, equivalent to $800 per month.
Bonus: Up to $50/month for exceptional performance.
