Requirements:
- at least 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling homeowners if they are open to cash offer for their property, asking the 4-pillars (property condition, motivation, price & timeframe) and give soft offer
- fluent in English, hard working and honest
- daily task: makeUpgrade to see actual infocalls and generate 2-3 appointments per day

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-6pm EST (Tue-Sat)
- $4-$5 per hour + $100 per closed deal
