Job Title: Remote Customer Service and Sales Expert

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to conduct cold sales calls and manage communications across various platforms. This role is crucial in driving our growth by bringing in new clients and hiring sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold sales calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to attract and hire sub-contractors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and text messages from clients and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and sub-contractor recruitment.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience with a servicing a cleaning company
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Booking Koala and OpenPhone is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with availability to work 2-6 hours per day.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
