We are seeking a talented SEO Content Writer & AI Content Specialist to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative group of professionals and produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets exacting standards.

Role Overview
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, search engine optimised content for websites and blogs. Leveraging AI tools, you will create initial drafts and refine them into polished, human-like pieces that align with our high standards. A key requirement is ensuring that all content achieves a human score of 80%+ on Winston.ai and passes all AI detection tests.

You will work closely with our UX designers, developers, and SEO experts, using tools such as Slack and ClickUp, to ensure content contributes effectively to the success of lead-generating websites.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimisation:
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to generate initial content drafts.
Rewrite and refine AI-generated content to ensure originality, human-like tone, and quality, meeting Winston.ai thresholds of 80%+.
Optimise content for search engines, including integrating keywords, writing meta descriptions, and crafting compelling headlines.

Collaboration:
Work alongside UX designers, developers, and SEO experts to align content with website design and functionality.
Communicate effectively with the team using Slack and manage tasks within ClickUp.

Quality Assurance:
Use plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g., Winston.ai, Originality.ai) to ensure content is unique and passes detection tests.
Proofread content for grammar, tone, and readability, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and audience needs.

Portfolio Development:
Maintain examples demonstrating how AI drafts were transformed into high-quality, human-like content.

Market Research:
Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, AI tools, and digital content strategies.
Analyse competitor content to ensure our approaches remain innovative and competitive.

Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in SEO content writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai, and experience refining AI-generated content.
Ability to rewrite content to meet Winston.ai thresholds of 80%+ and pass AI detection tools.
Familiarity with project management tools like Slack and ClickUp.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and E-A-T guidelines.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics.
Excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience collaborating in a remote team environment.

Desirable Skills
Experience working with web developers or UX designers to integrate content.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and how content supports them.
Familiarity with plagiarism and AI detection tools like Copyscape and Originality.ai.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £600 per month, with a review after 6 months.
