AI Workflow Specialist with MindPal AI and GHL Integration Expertise

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Workflow Specialist to set up, customize, and optimize the MindPal AI system with seamless Go High Level (GHL) integration for our business. This role focuses on building efficient workflows, automating processes, and integrating AI tools to enhance content creation, lead generation, and website functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI systems, GHL setup, and workflow automation, with a strong technical background in integrating systems for business growth.

Responsibilities:
• MindPal AI Setup:
• Configure the MindPal AI system to meet specific business needs.
• Design and deploy workflows to automate tasks such as:
• Content writing and creation.
• Lead generation and nurturing.
• Customer engagement and follow-ups.
• GHL Integration:
• Set up and optimize Go High Level features, including CRM, automated workflows, email/SMS campaigns, booking systems, and lead tracking.
• Connect GHL with MindPal AI to create a cohesive and automated system.
• Ensure data flows seamlessly between platforms and other tools.
• System Integration:
• Link AI workflows and agents with our website for advanced functionality.
• Automate data collection, storage, and reporting for leads and client activities.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization:
• Refine workflows to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve any technical issues in real-time.
• Documentation and Training:
• Provide clear documentation on workflows, integrations, and best practices.
• Offer training for the internal team to understand and use the systems effectively.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with MindPal AI or similar AI platforms.
• Strong expertise in Go High Level (GHL) setup, customization, and integration.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation and AI agent creation.
• Experience with API integrations to connect platforms.
• Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Background in content creation tools and/or lead generation strategies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document and explain processes.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of business automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript).
• Experience in setting up CRM systems and marketing automation.
