JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Proven experience in email marketing, including crafting email lists using tools like Zoom Info, sending mass emails, and managing responses. (Required)
Previous experience as a Copywriter or in a role requiring strong written communication. (Required)
Sales experience is a bonus.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential clients.
Proficiency with Zoom Info and Google Suite.

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in email communication platforms.
Ability to write professional, engaging content for emails, social media posts, and LinkedIn.
Experience using Zoom Info to gather and manage client data.
Comfortable with online scheduling tools and calendar management.

Communication Skills:
Must speak and write English fluently. (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft detailed and compelling messages tailored to various audiences.

Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

Additional Skills:
Coachable and willing to work with a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to follow instructions provided through training videos, documents, and outlined processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Email
Marketing:
Build and maintain targeted email lists using Zoom Info.
Create and send mass email campaigns to potential clients.
Track and manage email responses, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Copywriting:
Write engaging and persuasive email content for outreach campaigns.
Draft professional LinkedIn posts for both founders and company accounts.
Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients who respond to email campaigns.
Coordinate calendars and ensure seamless communication between parties.
Maintain an organized schedule for all appointments.

Other Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and progress.
