Job overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in managing our Shopify store, running media buying campaigns (Facebook/Google Ads), and grow our social media. This role focuses on streamlining operations and optimizing sales channels to drive growth to our site.



Responsibilities:
Strategic Traffic Generation
Conduct market and competitor research to devise strategies for attracting targeted website traffic through optimized social media content, advertising campaigns, and engaging posts.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Lead Acquisition and Optimization.
Design and implement high-converting lead capture mechanisms, including forms, gamified pop-ups, and discount codes, integrated with email automation tools.

Email
Campaign Management.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using responsive design to nurture leads, increase cart recovery, and boost customer engagement while tracking key performance metrics.
Content Creation and Scheduling.
Develop compelling page copy, product descriptions, and category assignments for the eCommerce store using AI tools, ensuring alignment with brand tone and user needs.

Abandoned Cart Recovery.
Set up and manage automated abandoned cart emails, providing personalized follow-ups and solutions to convert potential customers effectively.
Store optimization and maintenance.
Maintain our eCommerce store, updating product listings, creating product variants, and managing inventory to ensure a seamless user experience.
Customer Conversion Analysis.
Analyse sales trends and store metrics, implement data-driven solutions for enhancing checkout experiences, and set up alerts for proactive inventory management.

Required Qualifications:
Digital Marketing Expertise.
Proficiency in driving online traffic through SEO, social media, and targeted advertising campaigns.

Email
Marketing and Automation
Skilled in designing and managing email campaigns, creating responsive templates, and setting up automated workflows.
eCommerce Platform Proficiency.
Experience with eCommerce store management, including product listing, category setup, and inventory tracking.
Content Creation and Copywriting.
Ability to craft engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and page copy using AI tools and creative techniques.
Media Buying Demonstrated expertise in media buying with a focus on audience targeting, bid management, and performance optimization across ad platforms.
Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking.
Competence in analysing sales trends, monitoring key performance indicators, and using insights to optimize strategies.
Proficiency with excel and bulk data operations.
Customer Engagement and Support.
Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport that drives conversions.
Technical Savvy with Tools and Plugins.
Familiarity with lead capture plugins, gamified tools, and email autoresponders to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with the Shopify marketplace.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation or automation.



Before we proceed, here are a few things we'd like to confirm:
Payments will be made weekly for the first four weeks starting from the third week of employment, and then bi-monthly every other Tuesday.
Your work schedule will consist of 40 hours per week
Your working hours will be from 8AM to 4PM (AEST) with a 1-hour break, five days a week.
