Job Description
We are seeking motivated Administrative Support & Call Specialists to handle a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
Call Support:
• Manage and respond to incoming calls from clients and customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
• Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.
Administrative Support:
• Handle scheduling and calendar management.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Coordinate meetings and manage correspondence.
• Perform general office duties as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics related to support activities.
Requirements
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential.
• Preferably British Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with a British accent is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in administrative or call support roles is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
