Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians across multiple specialties, demonstrating a strategic approach to sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage low composition assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full cycle of physician recruitment, from sourcing to placement, for multiple specialties.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to facilitate quick and efficient placements.
Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, credentials, and fit for specific roles and organizational cultures.
Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages, ensuring competitive and fair offers.
Manage and prioritize low composition assignments, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in recruitment solutions.
Keep abreast of trends in healthcare recruitment and the broader healthcare industry to inform recruitment practices.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in physician recruitment, with a successful track record across multiple specialties.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience with low composition assignments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and physician credentialing processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels.
