Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will also serve as the Implementor within our organisation. This unique dual role is pivotal to ensuring that our financial goals and operational strategies are seamlessly executed. As the CFO, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management. As the Implementor, you will work side by side with the Visionary (and owner) to drive execution, accountability, and team alignment.
This role is ideal for a pragmatic and practical leader with a strong financial background who thrives on turning strategic plans into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support scaling and operational performance.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital management to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements.

Implementor Responsibilities
Translate the Visionary’s strategic ideas into actionable plans with clear deliverables.
Lead the implementation of operational strategies, ensuring accountability and adherence to timelines.
Facilitate structured communication and alignment across all teams, driving consistent progress.
Resolve obstacles and prioritise key initiatives to maintain organisational focus.

Team Development & Communication
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Provide clear and accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of financial management and leadership experience in a dynamic organisation.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to implement plans, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to convey financial and operational concepts to diverse audiences.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
