We offer a strong salary starting at $1200/month, growing to $1500/month, plus performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time role for someone who takes ownership and delivers outstanding results.

About the Role:
As our Google Ads Expert, you will manage and scale paid ad campaigns for our medical niche websites in multiple countries. You'll handle 3-5 websites and scale ad budgets and ROAS as we expand further. With unlimited budgets, you'll implement your strategies and scale campaigns to new heights.

What We're Looking For:
1. 3-10 years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.
2. Proven ability to scale ad spend from small budgets to $100k+/month while maintaining excellent ROAS.
3. Deep understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
4. Experience with multi-language campaigns and effective localization.
5. Constantly learning and applying new Google Ads strategies.
6. Takes responsibility for work and delivers results without excuses.
7. Willing to work long hours with a driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
2. Strategically increase ad spend while improving ROAS (e.g., from $1k/day to $25k+/day).
3. Write and test high-performing ad copy and creatives.
4. Leverage advanced targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
5. Work with SEO and dev teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
6. Manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages with localization strategies.
7. Track KPIs and adjust campaigns in real time.
8. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
