JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticket Puller to manage ticket pulling, presale signups, and monitoring of ticket drops. The ideal candidate will have experience with various ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, AXS, TicketWeb, Evenue, Paclioan, Etix, and Walmart AMP websites. The primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate ticket retrieval, assisting with presale processes, and monitoring events for successful ticket drops. The candidate should be reliable, organized, and capable of executing tasks efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Pulling: Accurately retrieve and organize tickets based on presale or event requirements. Ensure tickets are pulled in the correct quantities and types for distribution.

Presale Signups: Assist in managing presale signups, ensuring that registrants are properly documented and prepared for upcoming sales or events.

Drop Checker: Monitor events for successful ticket drops, ensuring that tickets are available for purchase or distribution at the designated times. Track and confirm that ticket drops are executed properly across various ticketing platforms such as
Ticketmaster, AXS, TicketWeb, Eventu, Paclioan, Etix, and Walmart AMP sites. Report any issues or delays in real-time to the team.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of pulled tickets, presale signups, and drop activities to ensure smooth ticketing processes and to minimize errors.

Collaboration: Work closely with the event or sales teams to ensure tickets are pulled correctly and drops occur on schedule. Resolve any issues or discrepancies quickly and efficiently.

Quality Control: Ensure all ticket pulls and drops are executed accurately, monitoring for potential errors or discrepancies during the process. Take corrective action as needed to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, AXS, TicketWeb, Evenue, Paclioan, Etix, and Walmart AMP websites is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with ticketing systems and/or sales platforms.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed during live events or ticketing activities.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on the task.
Occasional lifting of ticketing materials or related items (up to [insert weight] lbs).
Work Environment:
May require occasional overtime or weekend work, depending on ticket release schedules or event timing.
