Yacht Sales Assitant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Yacht Sales Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Email Management: Organize and manage the email inbox to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
Lead Organization: Maintain and organize incoming leads for efficient follow-up.
CRM Management: Input and update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
Customer List Management: Create, manage, and update customer lists for targeted marketing and outreach.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Online Research: Conduct research on boats and yachts to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Task Management: Create, organize, and prioritize task lists to ensure smooth operations.

Email Drafting: Compose and draft professional emails for clients and internal communication.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and planning.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage tasks with precision and maintain high-quality standards.
