Job Description: Virtual Assistant [M-ULC]
Position Type: Part-Time (4 hours per day)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant experienced in email marketing, cold email campaigns, and CRM management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results and a strong understanding of lead generation and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

A strong understanding of lead generation, strategic prospecting, and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act is essential.

Experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly desirable, offering an advantage in understanding industry nuances, target audiences, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
1.Email Marketing & Campaign Management:
•Develop and execute cold email campaigns, including mail merge, A/B testing, and drip campaigns.
•Create and manage client journeys to nurture leads effectively.
•Ensure strict adherence to the CAN-SPAM Act and other relevant email marketing regulations.

2.Lead Generation & Prospecting:
•Conduct strategic prospecting of high-value targets, particularly C-suite executives, using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
•Perform lead qualification based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and pain points.

3.CRM Management:
•Manage customer relationships and data using Insightly CRM to ensure accuracy and streamlined communication.

4. Client Communication:
•Craft persuasive email copy with exceptional writing skills to engage and convert B2B prospects.
•Maintain a professional and ethical approach to all client interactions.

5. Content Creation & Optimization:
•Develop high-quality content for campaigns and perform A/B testing to enhance effectiveness.

6.Performance Analysis & Reporting:
•Track key campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions.
•Analyze data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve performance.

7. Technical Proficiency:
•Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Insightly CRM, Excel, and other Microsoft and Google Suite applications effectively.

8. Customer Service:
•Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.

Technical Requirements
•Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
•Internet: High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
•Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
•Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
•Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
Availability for Video Conferences: Ability to attend video meetings with the camera on during work hours.

Qualifications
1.Proven Track Record:
•Successful cold email campaigns with quantifiable results, such as increased leads, appointments, or revenue.
•Experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly advantageous.

2.Technical Skills:
•Strong proficiency in CRM platforms like Insightly and lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
•Knowledge of email marketing regulations, particularly the CAN-SPAM Act.
•Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Tools

3. Communication Skills:
•Exceptional communication and writing skills for crafting compelling email content.
•Ability to communicate effectively at a high level with C-suite executives.

4. Data Analysis:
•Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize results.

5. Soft Skills:
•Highly coachable with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to take direction and deliver results efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Qualified booked appointments resulting from email campaigns.
•High engagement metrics (open, click-through, and reply rates).
