SEO and Lead Generation Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing local listings, and designing effective lead generation campaigns. Your efforts will directly impact our clients' growth and success. Our goal is to help our clients appear on the front page of Google and generate leads that convert into sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search engine rankings.
• Create and optimize local business listings and claim businesses on relevant platforms.
• Design and optimize landing pages to convert visitors into qualified leads.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Conduct keyword research and use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
• Build and maintain strong link-building strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor SEO and lead generation performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.
• Prepare detailed, client-facing reports showcasing work progress and results.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and trends to ensure competitive strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to tailor strategies for local contractors, medical professionals, retail businesses, and restaurants.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and lead generation.
• Proven expertise in improving search engine rankings and generating qualified leads.
• Proficiency with SEO tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and search engine algorithms.
• Fluent in English. At the minimum a B2 level Preferable C1 + level
