About the Client:
The Client operates two innovative businesses: a subscription service delivering air-dried treats and chews for dogs, and an online platform offering canine nutrition courses. With over 10 years in the dog wellness industry, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products and educational resources for dog owners, veterinarians, and affiliates. The Client is now expanding their team and building a dedicated sales force to enhance their outreach and growth

Responsibilities:
As Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and driving sales growth. This role involves conducting cold calls, engaging prospects, and managing leads within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 10-15 outbound calls per hour to veterinary offices, retailers, and affiliates.
Research leads and maintains organized records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and contribute to growth.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with minimal accent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous phone sales or outbound sales experience.
Outgoing, positive personality with a goal-driven mindset.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage CRM tools.
College degree or current enrollment (preferred but not required).
Passion for dogs is a plus!
