Who are we?
We are a dropshipping company that runs an e-commerce store using Shopify in Europe and have done over 500,000 amount. in revenue.

At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our customer service team to help us in achieving goals efficiently.


Whom do we search for?
We are searching for someone who has experience in shopify dropshipping (fashion preferred). Our expectations for the position of Fashion Dropshipping Customer Service is that you have previous experience in this position. We also expect that you are honest, transparent and have a good work ethic.

Previous experience in shopify fashion dropshipping

Passion about customer service, creating good results for customers and being solution focused to problems that may arise.

Familiarity with shopify, gmail, paypal/shopify chargebacks and disputes.

Good organisational skills

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take the initiative

A team player that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Previous experience in fashion dropshipping customer service
