We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to optimize our website and increase conversions. This role requires expertise in growing e-commerce sales through tools like Rebuy, One Click Upsell, Intelligems, and landing page optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Rebuy strategies to drive cross-sells and upsells.
- Set up and optimize One Click Upsell offers to maximize average order value.
- Conduct Intelligems testing to identify pricing and bundling strategies that drive revenue.
- Optimize landing pages for better user experience and higher conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend innovative growth strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales growth, preferably with Shopify stores.
- Expertise in using tools like Rebuy, One Click Upsell, and Intelligems.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with other e-commerce growth tools or platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor site edits.
- Familiarity with the Pop On Veneers brand or similar industries.
