Content Creator

We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant who can balance creativity with precision, organization with execution, and design with analytics. This role is pivotal to scaling our sales and marketing efforts by ensuring campaigns run smoothly, tools and data stay organized, and our brand presence shines across all platforms. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Graphic Design

Design Creatively: Develop eye-catching social media graphics, visually appealing email campaigns, and high-quality webinar presentations.
Repurpose & Optimize: Transform blogs into social posts, infographics, or email content for multi-channel engagement.
Create Marketing Assets: Design stunning eBooks, landing pages, and Squarespace web pages optimized for conversions.
Produce Video Content: Convert scripts into AI-generated videos using tools like Synthesia and edit raw footage to create polished tutorials with captions, subtitles, and simple intro/outro graphics.

Campaign Management & Execution

Publish Consistently: Post approved content across platforms, including social media, blogs, and knowledge bases like Zoho.
Execute Campaigns: Set up and schedule email campaigns and sequences in Zoho.
Track Performance: Compile analytics on web traffic, social engagement, and campaign performance, presenting insights in actionable reports.
Coordinate Events: Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, invites, registrations, and follow-ups.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain Data Accuracy: Clean and update CRM contact details, ensuring client profiles are complete.
Build & Enrich Lists: Compile mailing lists by reviewing historical archives and filling in gaps in CRM profiles.
Segment Effectively: Research, categorize, and tag leads for targeted marketing and outreach.
Integrate Systems: Request and upload client email lists into tools like Zoho, Boostlingo, and QuickBooks.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Engage Thoughtfully: Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to build meaningful connections with followers.
Increase Visibility: Regularly update SEO elements like meta descriptions, alt text, and backlinks to improve content rankings.

Administrative & Organizational Support

Streamline Processes: Keep tools and files organized, fixing broken links and updating systems as needed.
Distribute & Compile: Share client surveys, gather responses, and present insights in an organized format.
Support Sales Teams: Scrape data, input leads, and ensure the CRM is prepped for follow-ups.
Stay Ready for Side Quests: Take on additional research tasks, such as gathering lead contact details or identifying webinar topics.

Core Skills Required

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Zoho CRM, Squarespace, Canva, and Figma to design and publish campaigns, set up automations, track analytics, and optimize content for SEO and conversions, ensuring seamless execution across platforms.
Advanced proficiency in creating cohesive, on-brand visual assets.
Strong consistency of brand elements—layered compositions, custom fonts, and meticulous attention to details (colors, capitalization, textures, etc.).
Skills in video editing software to trim, format, and polish tutorials, social media clips, and explainer videos. Ability to add layered animations, intros/outros, subtitles, and captions that align perfectly with our brand tone and style.
Experience with AI tools for video editing, such as Synthesia, for creating polished, high-conversion video content.
Ability to create A/B tested content variations for social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Excellent grasp of English grammar and copywriting to ensure error-free, engaging content captions, subtitles, and descriptions.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting and task collaboration.
