Appointment Setter - U.S.- Indiana Real Estate Brokerage

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team remotely. This critical role involves calling and qualifying daily leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting these leads into opportunities for our real estate agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leads in our CRM system, ensuring the highest conversion rates by reaching out promptly and effectively to all leads.

Responsibilities:

Make hundreds of calls daily to qualify leads, including Expired and Cancelled listings, For Sale by Owners (FSBOs), Home Valuation Leads, Google PPC Leads, and more.

Maintain and manage leads in our CRM system (Follow Up Boss), ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Convert qualified leads into opportunities and coordinate with real estate agents to facilitate the buying or selling process.

Meet and exceed set appointment goals and contribute to the team's sales targets.

Utilize various real estate tools and platforms such as Vulcan 7, Follow Up Boss, and more.

Provide exceptional customer service, influencing potential clients to move forward with our agents.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with a strong American accent, excellent communication, and persuasive skills.

Proven experience as an ISA in the real estate industry or a similar sales/customer service role.

Familiarity with real estate CRM software, preferably Follow Up Boss, and other tools mentioned.

Ability to work independently, with a high level of discipline and productivity.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be comfortable making hundreds of calls per day and engaging with a diverse range of leads.
